Delivery Information:

Delivery is via courier, so we can only deliver to physical addresses with someone available to sign for the parcel.

Couriers deliver on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.

Delivery to main centres (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria) takes 2-4 working days.

Delivery to regional and outlying areas takes up to 5-7 working days.

Exchanges/Returns:

Although it’s disappointing when an item does not meet your requirements, we try our hardest to offer easy returns and exchanges. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days.

No exchanges on SOCKS, HEADWEAR UNDERWEAR, SWIMWEAR (ALL UNDERGARMENTS) and FRAGRANCES regardless of whether the packaging is still intact. We will not accept the return of any other merchandise that are showing obvious signs of being worn or washed, such that these cannot be repackaged for resale.
