Shipping Policy
Free Delivery on Orders over R1000
Orders under R1000 are subject to a R100 courier fee for home delivery.
Delivery Information
Delivery is via courier, so we can only deliver to physical addresses with someone available to sign for the parcel.
Couriers deliver on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.
Delivery to main centers (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria) takes 2-4 working days.
Delivery to regional and outlying areas takes up to 5-7 working days.
Click & Collect
Select a pick-up point during checkout and collect your order at a time and location that's convenient for you.
Click & Collect orders take up to 4 hours to be prepared by the selected store, from the time after your order is placed.
You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.
You will need proof of ID to collect your order.

Exchanges/Returns:
Although it’s disappointing when an item does not meet your requirements, we try our hardest to offer easy returns and exchanges. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days on full priced items and 7 days on “sale” items. Below are the steps you can take to return or exchange your order.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Email us at customerservices@stanbel.co.za or call us on (010) 541 2773
- Couriers will be dispatched to collect your order
- If the collection address differs from the original delivery address, please inform us
- Once your order has been collected,- it is returned to the warehouse, where it is inspected Inspection can take 1-2 days
- Once the goods have been deemed resalable, we will dispatch your new items or process your refund
