Shipping Policy

At we offer FREE delivery for any sales over R1000. Orders under R1000 will be subject to R100 courier fee at the checkout stage of your purchase.

Delivery Information:

Delivery takes place via courier; this means that we can only deliver to a physical address with a person available to sign for the parcel. Our couriers deliver on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.

Delivery to a main center takes 1-3 working days after leaving our warehouse.

Delivery to an outlying area takes between 3-4 working days after leaving our warehouse.

Click and Collect:

This option allows you to purchase online and your parcel be delivered to one of our stores for collection. Please select this option if your schedule does not allow you to be available to sign for your parcel and live close to one of our stores.

You can pick up your package from your selected store 7 days a week. Opening hours vary, according to the shopping malls trading hours.

When collecting at a store, you will be required to provide proof or your order confirmation or your shipping/tracking number for verification as well as your ID to release the parcel.

Note that click and collect parcels are also packaged at our warehouse and then couriered to the store. It is not packaged at store level therefore delivery times are still 1-4 working days after been despatched from our warehouse in Johannesburg.



Although it’s disappointing when an item does not meet your requirements, we try our hardest to offer easy returns and exchanges. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days on full priced items and 7 days on “sale” items. Below are the steps you can take to return or exchange your order.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Email us at or call us on (010) 006 0688
  • Couriers will be dispatched to collect your order
  • If the collection address differs from the original delivery address, please inform us
  • Once your order has been collected,- it is returned to the warehouse, where it is inspected
  • Inspection can take 1-2 days
  • Once the goods have been deemed resalable, we will dispatch your new items or process your refund
