Ordering and Shipping

Delivery takes place via courier; this means that we can only deliver to a physical address with a person available to sign for the parcel. Our couriers deliver on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.

Delivery to a main center takes 1-3 working days after leaving our warehouse.

Delivery to an outlying area takes between 3-5 working days after leaving our warehouse.

Once you receive your shipping/waybill number, you can track your parcel

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.

Although it’s disappointing when an item does not meet your requirements, we try our hardest to offer easy returns and exchanges. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days on full priced items and 7 days on “sale” items.

We order limited quantities from the suppliers, once an item is sold out we wont be stocking it again.

Exchanges and Refunds

Although it’s disappointing when an item does not meet your requirements, we try our hardest to offer easy returns and exchanges. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days on full priced items and 7 days on “sale” items.

Once the refund has been processed to can take up to 5 business days to reflect

No exchanges on SOCKS, HEADWEAR UNDERWEAR, SWIMWEAR (ALL UNDERGARMENTS) and FRAGRANCES regardless of whether the packaging is still intact. We will not accept the return of any other merchandise that are showing obvious signs of being worn or washed, such that these cannot be repackaged for resale.
